Use this form to propose a short talk for our September 29-30, 2023, hybrid solar eclipse planning workshop in San Antonio, TX. Note that you must register for the workshop, either in person or virtually, to present a talk. We may ask selected presenters to serve as moderators for related breakout discussions.
If we accept your proposal, we may be able to offer help with your travel expenses. If we cannot accommodate you in an oral session (we have very limited space), we will encourage you to submit a poster instead.
