Use this form to submit a poster for our September 29-30, 2023, hybrid solar eclipse planning workshop in San Antonio, TX. Note that you must register for the workshop, either in person or virtually, to present a poster.
Poster specifications:
- A single PDF file.
- Slides/pages in landscape orientation, optimized for viewing on a computer screen.
- Max. file size: 3 megabytes.
We recommend that you prepare your poster using PowerPoint, Keynote, or any other presentation software and then save it as (or export it to) a PDF. Use settings optimized for display on a screen (as opposed to, say, publication-quality printing) to minimize the file size.
You may submit multiple posters, but you'll need to fill out this form separately for each one.
Poster submission deadline: Tuesday, September 26, 2023, at 2 pm PDT / 5 pm EDT.
